The Opportunity:
Adecco is partnering with an established global organisation within the industrial and manufacturing sector, seeking a Customer Service / Order Processing to support daily operations across customer service, order processing, and administrative functions.- Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
- Location: Central Region
- Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30am to 5:30pm
- Salary Package: Up to $3,500 + AWS + Performance Bonus
- Candidates available immediately or on short notice is highly advantageous
The Job:
- Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely fulfilment
- Handle customer enquiries, returns, and day-to-day issue resolution
- Coordinate with warehouse on stock availability, delivery schedules, and dispatch
- Support invoicing and accounts payable/receivable processes
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and general office administration
- Assist with business correspondence, agreements, and other operational matters
The Talent:
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service, order processing, sales support, or administrative coordination
- Quick learner with the ability to pick up new systems, processes, and procedures independently
- Comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a small team environment
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; prior ERP experience (e.g. SAP) is advantageous
