Location: Macpherson
Job Duties:
Manage billing processes, including invoicing, credit notes and payment follow-ups.
Post receipts and payments and perform monthly journal entries.
Verify supplier pricing and invoices including letters of credit management.
Coordinate customs duties, permit declarations, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the warehouse / logistics field preferred.
Minimum diploma in Logistics or equivalent
Customs Competency Test for Declarants certification is highly advantageous.
