Job Description

- Position Title: Operations Assistant
- Working Location: Changi Airport
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri: 9am – 6pm, Sat: 9am – 1pm)
- Salary Package: Basic $2500 - $2800 + OT + AWS + VB
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound terminal clearance.
- Check flight alerts and pre-alerts for incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Coordinate with network offices, customers, customer service teams, vendors, and the internal delivery team.
- Scan, process, and label shipments accurately.
- Handle cargo documents, including MAWB, HAWB, and other related shipment documents.
- Perform data entry in the system and ensure shipments are delivered according to SLA requirements.
- Manage email communication using Outlook.
- Coordinate import, export, and local Singapore delivery arrangements.

- Valid Class 3 driving licence is required.
- Prior experience in the freight or courier industry will be an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge, including Outlook and data entry.
