About our client : Our client is a leading global energy technology and manufacturing company serving the oil & gas industry.
About the role :
- Lead and coordinate daily production activities within the manufacturing workshop.
- Manage work order priorities, manpower scheduling and production targets.
- Ensure Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery (SQCD) objectives are achieved.
- Train, coach and motivate team members to improve skills and performance.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
- Coordinate with maintenance and internal teams to improve equipment and manufacturing processes.
- Support risk management, incident investigation and corrective actions.
- Monitor team performance, attendance and work progress.
About you:
- Diploma or NITEC in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Production or related discipline.
- 5–7 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing and problem-solving.
- Supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of workplace safety practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- SAP experience is an advantage.
- Predominantly shop-floor-based role.
- Exposure to noise, heavy equipment, machinery and other manufacturing hazards.
- Relevant workplace safety training will be provided where required.
- Willing to work on rotating shifts
