Sales Coordinator

Job Description:
- Coordinate with customers regarding work plans and service operations
- Coordinate with operations coordinators on job schedules
- Handle and log all incoming customer requests
- Assign and communicate work requests to the operations team
- Maintain and update work orders and scheduling records
- Prepare call reports and summaries, including subcontractor job requests
- Ensure tools and equipment are properly issued, returned, and maintained in good working condition
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Carry out additional duties assigned by supervisors as required
Requirements:
Diploma in Business Management any related fields.
Minimum 1 year of customer support experience.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
