Part Time / Long Term Healthcare Admin (Islandwide |Training Provided) #HYNA

We are hiring Healthcare Administrative Executives to support the daily operations of reputable healthcare institutions and medical clinics across Singapore. Job Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties and data entry
- Manage appointments, referrals and scheduling
- Prepare, verify and maintain patient records and documentation
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails and general enquiries
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations
- Assist with billing, filing and report preparation when required
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and organisational information
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE N/O Levels, Diploma or equivalent
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Organised and detail-oriented
