Junior Marketing Assistant (Creative)

This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to grow creatively within the design industry. It is ideal for a visually driven individual who enjoys events, working with people, and bringing ideas to life through imagery and content.
Highly collaborative and hands-on, the position provides exposure to real projects, on-site documentation, and the development of in-house design assets across digital platforms. There is significant room to learn, experiment, and contribute creatively, making it well-suited for someone eager to build their portfolio while gaining practical industry experience.
Responsibilities
Photograph completed projects and on-site installations
Edit and retouch photographs for use across social media platforms and the company website
Assist in the creation of design assets, including social media posts, EDM visuals, website banners, and festive graphics
Support website content updates and basic backend management
Assist in the production and editing of short-form marketing and project videos
Organise and maintain a structured visual library of project documentation
Support the team during company events, exhibitions, and social functions
Support additional creative and marketing initiatives as required
Skills & Requirements
Strong photography skills and experience in photo editing
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom); familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects is a plus
A creative eye with strong design sensibility and attention to visual detail
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail, ensuring all communications and published materials remain professional and well-organised
Interest in branding, visual storytelling, and content creation
Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok) for creative content development
Video editing skills are an advantage
Willingness to learn, grow, and take initiative
Open to receiving feedback and working collaboratively within a team
