About the Role
Seeking a Senior Executive to manage the end-to-end process of grant claims, disbursements, and reconciliations.
You'll work closely with grantees, internal stakeholders, and fund sponsors, reviewing claims and audit submissions, processing payments, and preparing reports that keep grant administration running smoothly.
Jobs Responsibilities:
Grant Claims & Disbursement
- Process grant claims against funding guidelines, including reviewing claim amounts against supporting documents
- Raise invoices in the financial system for payment disbursement to grantees after claims are endorsed
- Prepare and submit reimbursement requests to fund sponsors and monitor funds receipt
Stakeholder Liaison & Audit Monitoring
- Liaise closely with grantees and internal stakeholders on grant-related matters
- Monitor and review audit report submissions from grantees, and coordinate with relevant parties to clarify findings
Reporting & Reconciliation
- Prepare monthly reconciliation on disbursements and receipts for grant projects
- Assist in preparing monthly management reports to track key indicators for grant administration
- Provide support for ad-hoc projects and other matters within the Finance Department
Requirements:
- Singaporean Only
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or its relevant field.
- Prior experience in grants administration, finance operations is preferred.
