Job Description: Job Summary The Technical Specialist is responsible for providing specialized technical support and expertise to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems. This is a fixed-term contract position through December 2026. The role involves troubleshooting issues, implementing solutions, and collaborating with various teams to support business and client needs. Essential Job Responsibilities
- Provide specialized technical support and expertise.
- Troubleshoot IT issues and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth IT operations.
- Document technical processes and solutions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in Digital Forensics, Incident Response, Cybersecurity, or eDiscovery Operations.
