Job Description:
Job Summary
The Technical Specialist is responsible for providing specialized technical support and expertise to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems. This is a fixed-term contract position through December 2026. The role involves troubleshooting issues, implementing solutions, and collaborating with various teams to support business and client needs.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Provide specialized technical support and expertise.
Troubleshoot IT issues and implement solutions.
Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth IT operations.
Document technical processes and solutions.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience: 5-7 years of experience in Digital Forensics, Incident Response, Cybersecurity, or eDiscovery Operations.
