Shipping Admin Coordinator @ Changi

Salary: $3000 - $4000
Responsibilities:
* Lead and supervise the administration and shipping team
* Oversee order processing, shipping coordination, and SAP transactions
* Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders
* Troubleshoot operational and SAP-related issues
* Monitor team performance and ensure service level requirements are met
* Prepare reports and support continuous process improvements
* Liaise with internal stakeholders, customers, and logistics partners
Requirements:
* Minimum 4-5 years of experience in shipping, logistics, and order processing
* Supervisory or team lead experience preferred
* Strong SAP knowledge and troubleshooting experience
* Well-versed in shipping documentation and logistics operations
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
