Team Leader, Client Project Management

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Team Leader to manage day-to-day clinical trial operations for a key customer account, overseeing end-to-end order processing and leading approximately 10 team members. The role ensures accurate, timely delivery while maintaining GxP compliance and driving process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day clinical trial operations and oversee complete order processing cycle from receipt to delivery
- Manage team of ~10 members including planning, training, performance management, and resource allocation
- Monitor operational performance, KPIs, and service levels; identify and resolve risks and delays
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, customer requirements, quality standards, and GxP regulations
- Drive continuous process improvement and standardization initiatives across operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Life Sciences, Business, Operations, or related field
- 3–5 years of clinical trial operations, pharmaceutical supply chain, logistics, or similar management experience
- Demonstrated team leadership and people development capabilities
- Knowledge of GxP compliance and regulated operational environments
- Proficiency in process improvement, change management, and KPI monitoring
- Strong stakeholder and customer management skills
- Experience with Quality Management Systems such as TrackWise preferred
