Role Overview
We are seeking a full time, on-site Marketing Associate based in Singapore to support SeedRock’s branding, communications, and marketing initiatives across digital and offline platforms. You will play a key role in brand building, creation of brand assets and strengthening the firm’s market presence, supporting client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
• Support in the conceptualisation, design, creation and execution of digital materials including presentations, brochures, newsletters, web banners etc
• Manage and maintain the company’s digital platforms, including social media accounts and website content, ensuring content is current, links are functional, and the UI remains clean and professional
• Coordinate with agencies, printers, and vendors for the production of brand assets and materials including employee name cards, letterheads, and corporate signage.
• Transform complex data and ideas into high-impact PowerPoint decks for client pitches, internal meetings, and executive presentations.
• Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to support marketing strategies and content planning
• Support brand guideline compliance across all external communications and materials
• Organize and maintain a database of company photos, logos, and design templates to ensure brand consistency across all assets
• Provide administrative and operational support as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Proficiency in designing with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator), Canva or other relevant tools
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace). Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus but not required.
• Creative thinker with strong copywriting, design and editorial skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and clarity
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and timelines effectively
• Ability to work professionally in a confidential and client-focused environment
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
