Freelance Recruiter
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Freelance Recruiter to support our growing team in identifying and referring suitable candidates for various job opportunities.
This is a flexible, fully commission-based opportunity for individuals who enjoy networking, connecting with people, and working independently. You will be responsible for sourcing and referring suitable candidates based on the requirements provided.
Successful candidate placements will be eligible for a commission payout.
Key Responsibilities
Source and identify potential candidates for available job opportunities.
Utilise personal networks, social media, referrals, and other platforms to reach potential candidates.
Share relevant job opportunities with suitable candidates.
Conduct initial screening to assess candidates' suitability based on the job requirements.
Maintain communication with referred candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate with the internal team regarding candidate progress and interview arrangements.
Refer suitable candidates who meet the requirements of the available positions.
Commission Structure
This is a fully commission-based freelance opportunity .
No basic salary.
Commission is paid for successful candidate placements.
Payout is based on the successful recruitment of a suitable candidate.
No fixed working hours, allowing you to work according to your own schedule.
The more successful placements you make, the greater your earning potential.

Requirements
Singaporean/ Singapore PR
Minimum Local Diploma qualification.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable approaching and communicating with potential candidates.
Proactive and self-motivated.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good networking and relationship-building skills.
Results-oriented and committed to achieving successful placements.
