Head of Operations (Law Firm)
Job Summary:
Our client is looking for an exceptional Head of Operations to ensure that the law practice runs efficiently, systems continue to improve, and their lawyers can focus on delivering outstanding legal services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations and Office Management: Take ownership of the firm’s day-to-day operations and ensure the office operates smoothly without constant management intervention.
- Legal Operations and Workflow: Work closely with lawyers and client care team to improve the entire legal workflow. Continuously improve systems so that administrative work is reduced while maintaining an excellent client experience.
- Work Allocation and Capacity Planning: Ensure that work is allocated fairly, efficiently and according to the firm’s priorities.
- Billing and Financial Discipline: Help to develop systems that improve billing consistency and financial performance.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify various issues and solves them.
- Team performance: Work to improve accountability and monitor progress.
- Work From Home and Productivity: Review and improve hybrid work arrangements.
- Strategic Projects: Lead projects to successful implementation.

- Experience in a law firm is helpful but not essential.
