- Proficient in the use of measuring equipment (e.g., caliper, micrometer, CMM, AOI, gauge blocks, torque tools, Microscope).
- Able to read and understand engineering drawings, GD&T symbols, BOM, and specs.
- Experience in performing IQC, IPQC, and OQC inspections.
- Knowledge in defect classification, material handling and corrective actions.
- Familiar with ESD control, cleanroom protocol, and safety practices.
- Certification in Engineering, Precision Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, or relevant fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in QC within semiconductor, electronics, mechanical parts, or manufacturing environments.
