Enterprise Partnerships Manager

About the role

We are looking for a driven Enterprise Partnerships Manager to spearhead corporate deal-making across our portfolio of accredited training programmes. You will own the full business development cycle - from identifying high-value prospects to signing enterprise agreements - with a focus on banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) companies that can benefit from our IBF-accredited curriculum.

What you'll do

• Prospect & pipeline management - Build and manage a strong pipeline of corporate leads across banking, fintech, insurance, and capital markets.
• IBF & regulatory leverage - Articulate the value of IBF accreditation and funding pathways (e.g. STS) to HR, L&D, and compliance decision-makers.
• End-to-end deal closing - Lead discovery calls, proposals, and negotiations to bring enterprise training contracts to signature.
• Relationship building - Develop and nurture long-term partnerships with C-suite, HR leaders, and L&D heads within corporate accounts.
• Revenue growth - Meet and exceed quarterly B2B revenue targets across higher education, corporate training, and vocational segments.
• Market intelligence - Track workforce development trends, MAS/IBF directives, and competitor positioning to sharpen outreach strategies.

What we're looking for

• 5-10 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in training, edtech, or financial services
• Familiarity with the IBF Standards Framework and Singapore's financial training ecosystem
• Proven track record of closing enterprise deals and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• Strong network within Singapore's BFSI sector - existing relationships with HR, L&D, or compliance functions is a plus
• Excellent communication and consultative selling skills - comfortable presenting to senior executives
• Self-starter mindset - able to independently drive outreach, manage a CRM, and report on pipeline health
