Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facilities management of the office building, ensuring smooth operations and a well-maintained environment.
• Conduct regular inspections of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety, to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Coordinate and supervise vendors and contractors for maintenance, repairs, and servicing works, ensuring high standards and timely completion of tasks.
• Respond promptly to facility-related issues or emergencies and implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions.
• Assist in managing budgets for facilities operations, ensuring cost-effective and efficient use of resources.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations, workplace safety, and company policies.
• Support the implementation of improvement projects to enhance building functionality and user experience.

Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in managing office buildings.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks effectively.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
