Job Description:
- Provide Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) consultation, diagnosis, and treatment to patients.
- Lead and supervise the clinic's daily operations and staff.
- Ensure high standards of patient care and service quality.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patients' conditions.
- Maintain accurate patient medical records.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies.
- Handle patient feedback and resolve operational issues.
- Support business development and promote the clinic's services.
Requirements:
- Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Physician.
- Relevant TCM qualification and valid practicing license.
- Previous managerial or supervisory experience is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Customer service-oriented with good interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
