Job Description
- Carry out inspection, maintenance and repair of building electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults, power failures and wiring problems.
- Repair and replace switches, sockets, lighting fixtures, circuit breakers and electrical components.
- Perform preventive maintenance on electrical equipment and facilities.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with safety regulations and company procedures.
- Respond to urgent maintenance requests and breakdowns.
- Maintain proper service and maintenance records.
- Assist with general building maintenance work when required.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in building electrical maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, circuits and troubleshooting.
- Able to use electrical testing tools and maintenance equipment.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends or overtime when required.
- Physically fit and able to work independently.
- Relevant electrical certification is an advantage.
