Overview
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Recruitment Consultant to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from business development and client management to candidate sourcing and placement.
Responsibilities:
Business Development & Client Management
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Understand clients’ hiring needs, company culture, and job requirements
- Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring advice
Talent Acquisition & Candidate Management
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.)
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ suitability
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the hiring process
- Prepare candidates for interviews and provide feedback
End-to-End Recruitment Process
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to offer stage
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
- Handle offer negotiation and closing of candidates
- Ensure smooth onboarding and follow-up post-placement
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or client-facing roles (open to no experience with strong interest)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven, self-motivated, and target-oriented
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
