Production Operator / Supervisor

Job Responsibilities
- Operate production and platform machinery in accordance with established operating procedures.
- Set up machinery and equipment before the commencement of production.
- Monitor production processes to ensure product quality and production efficiency.
- Load and unload raw materials, finished products and production equipment safely.
- Carry out routine machine inspections and basic preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot minor operational issues and report major equipment faults promptly.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company operating procedures.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Coordinate and supervise production personnel to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
- Perform other production-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma qualification or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Able to operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
- Good understanding of production processes and quality control.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Responsible, reliable and safety-conscious.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00pm

Kranji, Singapore
