Our Client is a A1 Main Contractor handling Civil and Infrastructure projects. With increasing projects in the pipeline locally & overseas, they are seeking experienced and professional individuals to join their local team.
Responsibilities
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with owners, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Oversee site management and promptly resolve any technical issues that arise on-site.
- Coordinate with the project team, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery.
- Monitor subcontractors' productivity rates and integrate them into the project schedule.
- Develop and implement tracking systems to closely monitor site activities and project progress.
- Conduct regular meetings with construction staff to enhance quality control and best practices.
- Possess experience working with the Land Transport Authority (LTA).
- Demonstrate expertise in all SWC (Specialist Work Contracts) works.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Professionally registered with the Institute of Structural Engineers.
- Advanced knowledge of construction methods, materials and legal regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to liaise with professionals from other disciplines.

- Salary : up to S$10,000 / Negotiable + VB (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
