A multinational company specializing in transportation equipment, commercial vehicle systems, automotive components, trailer technology, mobility solutions, and related spare parts distribution across the Asia Pacific region.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing stock movements within the warehouse.
- Perform pick-and-pack duties according to delivery orders and customer requirements.
- Conduct quantity and visual quality checks on incoming goods.
- Pack, label, and prepare goods for local delivery and overseas shipment.
- Coordinate with drivers on delivery schedules and loading activities.
- Load and unload goods from containers and delivery vehicles.
- Ensure proper allocation and storage of parts within warehouse racks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and support monthly stock checks.
- Assist in generating stock and inventory reports.
- Support upkeep and cleanliness of warehouse premises.
- Assist in maintaining warehouse equipment such as forklifts and lift trucks, and report any equipment issues.
- Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure daily operational efficiency.
- Follow workplace safety and housekeeping standards at all times.
Job Requirements
- Minimum N Level.
- Experience working in a warehouse or store environment preferred.
- Familiar with receiving, storing, and delivery coordination processes.
- Physically fit and able to handle warehouse-related duties.
- Possess valid forklift license (PSA-approved 3–5 ton preferred).
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
