1. Administrative Support
Assist the Factory Manager with daily administrative tasks and scheduling.
Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and documentation to support management decisions.
2. Communication & Coordination
Act as a liaison between the Factory Manager and department supervisors.
Facilitate effective communication across production, HR, and logistics teams.
3. Recruitment & HR Assistance
Support recruitment activities by coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate records.
Assist with onboarding new employees and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
4. Operations Monitoring
Track production schedules and report progress to the Factory Manager.
Identify operational issues and escalate them for timely resolution.
5. Compliance & Documentation
Ensure factory operations comply with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of contracts, employee files, and operational documents.
