HR MANAGER – FURNITURE MANUFACTURING COMPANY
Position: HR Manager
Salary: S$3,500 per month-S$4800
Working Days: 5.5 days per week
Accommodation: Provided by the company
Location: Singapore

Job Responsibilities
- Manage the company’s daily human resources and administrative operations.
- Handle employee onboarding, resignation, transfers, contract renewals and other employment matters.
- Process work pass applications, renewals, cancellations and other manpower-related applications.
- Assist with applications for government grants, subsidies and relevant support schemes.
- Check and maintain accurate employee information, employment records and data-entry records.
- Organise and maintain employee files, company documents and confidential records.
- Source and recruit suitable candidates according to the company’s manpower requirements.
- Screen candidates, arrange interviews and follow up on hiring and onboarding procedures.
- Liaise with the Ministry of Manpower and other relevant government authorities.
- Ensure that the company complies with Singapore employment regulations and manpower requirements.
- Oversee company invoicing, purchasing records and inventory management platforms.
- Prepare clear and timely HR and administrative reports for the Managing Director.
- Perform other duties assigned by the management.
Job Requirements
- Relevant experience in human resources, recruitment or administration.
- Knowledge of Singapore employment laws, work pass procedures and MOM systems is preferred.
- Experience in recruitment, employee record management and HR administration.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work independently and report directly to the Managing Director.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HR, invoicing or inventory systems.
- Able to handle confidential employee and company information professionally.
- Good written and spoken English.
