Description
Our client, a healthcare group with R&D centers across the world is presently looking for an Accounts Executive to join their growing team.
As part of a 10-man team, the Accounts Executive will be responsible for the full spectrum of Accounts Payable (AP) duties which includes cash management, reviewing of monthly invoices, and entry into the financial systems. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the incumbent will be supporting Accounts Receivable (AR) duties and month end closing.
Successful candidates can expect to work in a fast-paced work environment with a great cohesive team for the established organization.
Skills and Qualifications
- Possess at least a Nitec/ Diploma/ Degree in Accounting or Finance
- At least 2 years(s) of working experience in Accounts Payable (AP), candidates with experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) is a plus
- Experience with accounting software is a plus
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English as this role is required to liaise with Chinese speaking associates
- Meticulous and organized individuals who can meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
