Vessel Operations Executive - Dry Bulk

We are seeking a dry bulk operations professional to manage the end-to-end operation of vessels trading worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage voyage operations from fixture to completion
- Coordinate with vessels, owners, charterers, brokers and port agents
- Handle voyage planning, bunkering and vessel performance monitoring
- Review charterparty terms and manage post-fixture matters
- Prepare freight invoices, hire statements and voyage P&L analysis
- Handle laytime, demurrage, off-hire and performance claims
- Perform voyage accounting and financial reconciliation using IMOS
Requirements:
- Degree holder with at least three years of dry bulk operations or related shipping experience
- Hands-on experience with IMOS and voyage accounting
- Knowledge of charterparties, IMO, MARPOL and RightShip requirements
- Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills
- Mandarin or Japanese proficiency would be an advantage
