Senior Designer & Traffic Manager

Job Description:

• Create detailed schedules and set deadlines for various stages of a project
• Distribute assignments to creative teams and other departments, depending on their availability and priorities
• Meet with clients to learn more about new project details and give progress updates on existing projects, communicating any issues
• Monitor workloads, adjusting assignments and deadlines accordingly
• Create visually appealing and user-centric designs for a wide range of mediums including campaigns creative, content creation, digital platforms, print materials, packaging, and marketing collateral
• Produce sketches, storyboards, roughs concepts to visualize ideas
• Provide guidance to junior designers, assist them in their professional growth and development
• Manage and prioritize multiple design projects simultaneously, ensure that all tasks of the project are delivered on time and within budget
• Review final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary
• Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality design deliverables that meet project requirements
• Serves as the primary point of contact for work progressing through the creative studio, actively evolving design strategies to promote creative excellence
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design software, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and deliver cutting-edge designs
• Troubleshoot any potential issues and fix them in a timely manner
• Any ad-hoc duties as directed

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree in Art / Graphic Design / Marketing & Communications / Journalism or other related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Creative / Advertising industry or within the industry in a media agency
• Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and polished visual design across multiple mediums
• Hands-on experience with typography, colour, web layout design, and print production. Familiarity with video is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure and on tight deadlines
• Able to work independently and work as a team player
• Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills
