Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a sales team to consistently achieve and exceed performance targets.
- Coach and mentor team members through regular training, feedback, and performance reviews.
- Execute face-to-face sales and marketing campaigns on behalf of established clients.
- Recruit, develop, and retain talented individuals to support team growth.
- Monitor team performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement effective action plans.
- Foster a positive, high-performance culture built on accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
