What You'll Be Doing
● Engage with clients to understand their needs and goals
● Recommend suitable solutions based on genuine client understanding
● Maintain relationships built on trust rather than pressure
● Gather and relay client feedback to improve service delivery
● Grow into the role through ongoing coaching and support
