Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business and functional requirements.
- Configure, implement, and support enterprise applications.
- Provide functional and technical consultation to clients and internal teams.
- Conduct application testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Support application deployment, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
- Prepare functional specifications and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with developers, infrastructure teams, and vendors.
- Conduct user training sessions and prepare user manuals.
- Monitor application performance and recommend improvements.
- Participate in system integration and UAT activities.
- Ensure compliance with security and operational standards.
- Support incident management and change management processes.
Required Skills & Experience
Mandatory Skills
- 6–7 years of experience as an Application Consultant or Application Support Consultant.
- Experience in enterprise application implementation and support.
- Strong understanding of business processes and workflow analysis.
- Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, HRMS, or business applications.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Good understanding of APIs and system integrations.
- Experience preparing reports and technical documentation.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of cloud-based applications and SaaS platforms.
- Experience with ITIL processes and ticketing tools.
- Exposure to automation and reporting tools.
- Understanding of cybersecurity and access control concepts.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in enterprise applications or cloud technologies are preferred.
