Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop Project Procurement and Project Subcontracting teams.
- Provide governance, guidance and procurement support.
- Ensure compliance with Procurement, EHS and Corporate policies.
- Develop and improve project procurement strategies.
- Support business units and projects throughout execution.
- Identify and mitigate procurement and subcontracting risks.
- Drive supplier and subcontractor performance.
- Support procurement transformation initiatives.
- Ensure achievement of procurement objectives and commitments
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management / Procurement /Business Administration / Engineering / Construction Management / related discipline
- Professional Procurement certifications such as CIPS / CPSM/ CPM / ISM certifications
- 15 years Procurement / Supply Chain experience in EPC /Semiconductor / Data Centre
