About the Role
Truevine Connection specializes in corporate health & wellness events, employee bazaars, and interactive workplace activations. We are seeking a detail-oriented, self-directed Remote Coordinator to handle digital marketing collateral, email circulars (EDMs), and day-to-day administrative logistics.
This is a strictly back-end, remote execution role with no direct sales, cold calling, or outdoor traveling required. It is an ideal fit for an administrative professional, working parent, or freelance digital designer looking for a structured, steady part-time arrangement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing & Creative Production (Approx. 50%)
Produce professional Electronic Direct Mailers (EDMs), digital flyers, event brochures, and vendor circulars using design platforms like Canva or Adobe Express.
Format and adapt standardized marketing assets to fit brand guidelines (A5 brochures, event slides, circular banners).
Assist in scheduling and formatting organic B2B company updates and event highlight recaps on LinkedIn and corporate communication channels.
2. Event Administrative & Logistics Tracking (Approx. 50%)
- Maintain and update event operations schedules and vendor logistics checklists (e.g., verifying table/chair allocations, power point requirements, setup timings).
- Coordinate basic digital correspondence with confirmed vendors to gather booth participant details, safety declarations, and collateral materials.
- Collate post-event participant statistics and digital feedback responses into simple executive summaries.
- Organize digital assets, graphic templates, and event photo archives systematically.
What This Role DOES NOT Involve
No cold calling, telemarketing, or client hunting.
No financial handling (no preparation or issuance of invoices, pricing negotiations, or quotations).
No physical travel or on-site event duty required.
Requirements
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (for MyCareersFuture compliance).
- Proficiency with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Express (experience with Adobe Photoshop is a plus).
- Proficiency in AI, AI copy writing, AI image and video generation
- Comfortable working with cloud tools (Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 / Excel / Forms).
- Strong written English skills with a sharp eye for layout, typography, and professional formatting.
- Highly organized, trustworthy, and able to deliver tasks reliably on time without constant supervision.
