Responsibilities:
- Capable in providing advice and recommendations to patients as per the clinic system
- Assume chaperone duties
- Able to achieve objectives on recommendation of products
- Attending to clients’ inquiries, including telephone inquiries and walk in customers
- Responsible in appointment scheduling, confirmations and promotion announcement
- Responsible in registering clients and cashiering duties in sales transactions
- Provide assistance in retrieval, filing, updating and recording of consultation cards
- Provide administrative support for the operation
- Patient care management : handle all pre / post procedure care, registration and counselling.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years working experience preferably in medical aesthetic environment.
- Candidates must possess CIDESCO/CIBTAC/ITEC /WSQ qualifications or equivalent
- Able to converse fluently with ENGLISH and MANDARIN speaking customers
- Organized and efficient, good interpersonal skills, well groomed, customer-oriented and performance driven
- Willing to work full day on Saturdays
