Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B sales and revenue growth across travel agencies, OTAs, corporate/MICE and education clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and travel partners.
- Manage government and institutional tenders, including proposal preparation, pricing and submission.
- Develop and manage partnerships with airlines, hotels, DMCs, transport providers and other travel suppliers.
- Negotiate rates and terms to ensure competitive pricing and healthy margins.
- Support the development of customised tours, corporate travel, study tours, group and FIT products.
- Work closely with operations and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client handover.
- Monitor costs, margins and overall client satisfaction.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in B2B Sales/Business Development.
- Experience with travel agencies, corporate travel, OTAs or travel operations.
- Experience in government/institutional tendering and GeBIZ is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of air ticketing, hotels, travel products and suppliers.
- Strong network of travel industry contacts is preferred.
