Facilities Technician (Rotating Shift)

Our esteemed client in the Facilities Management industry is seeking a Facilities Technician to join their dynamic team:
- Employment Type: Permanent
- Position: Facilities Technician
- Location: East
- Working Hours: Rotating Shift (8am to 8pm; 8pm to 8am – 2 days shift, 2 night shift, 2 days off)
- Salary Package: Gross salary around $3,500 + Bonus
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, repair, and servicing of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance, including responding to breakdowns and fault reports.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in building facilities to ensure smooth operations.
- Attend promptly to defects, customer complaints, and service requests.
- Conduct routine inspections and report faults to the supervisor.
- Maintain records of checks and repairs performed.
- Handle any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum ITE in Mechanical, Electrical, Building, Facility Management or related field.
- At least 1 year of related experience in Facilities Maintenance or Engineering company.
- Willing to commit to shift work.
