Your Key ResponsibilitiesEnrolment & Parent Engagement
. Be the warm, welcoming face of Da Di
. Handle walk-ins, calls, emails, and WhatsApp enquiries
. Conduct centre tours and present our programme value with confidence
. Proactively engage potential families in and around the centre
. Follow up on leads and support the full enrolment process
. Build strong, trusted relationships with parents for long-term retention
Centre Operations & Administration
. Manage registration, invoicing, and fee collection
. Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and class lists
. Prepare teaching materials and ensure classrooms are clean, safe, and ready
. Oversee smooth daily operations with efficiency and positivity
. Maintain a tidy, calm, and inviting environment aligned with our brand
Marketing & Social Media Content (an advantage)
. Manage Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms
. Create engaging content (photos, reels, stories, captions)
. Plan and schedule marketing campaigns
. Support broader brand initiatives across our sister companies
Programme & Event Coordination
. Coordinate class schedules, teacher availability, and room usage
. Support holiday camps, weekend events, and special programmes
. Liaise with vendors, community partners, and manage event logistics

. A confident communicator, able to present our programmes in both English and Mandarin , and provide translation to support English- and Mandarin-speaking parents and children.
