Position: Warehouse Assistant
Location: Tampines
Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm), Saturday (9am - 1:30pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,000 Monthly Basic Salary + Overtime Pay + Performance Bonus + Medical Benefits
Duration: Permanent
Industry: Beauty product supplier
Main Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect and store incoming goods accurately.
Pick and issue stock according to approved requests or orders.
Update inventory records using basic computer systems and Microsoft Excel.
Maintain accurate stock records and supporting documentation.
Conduct regular stock counts and report inventory discrepancies.
Ensure proper labelling, storage and general warehouse cleanliness.
Assist with loading and unloading of goods when required.
Follow workplace safety procedures and company policies.
Perform other related warehouse duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum secondary-school education or equivalent qualification.
Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel.
Prior warehouse, storekeeping or inventory experience would be advantageous.
Comfortable performing hands-on warehouse duties including stock handling, loading and unloading.
