Responsibilities:
- Manage full sets of accounts, including AP, AR, and General Ledger.
- Handle supplier invoices, payments, receipts, and customer billing.
- Prepare invoices, delivery orders, and shipping documentation.
- Perform bank reconciliations, petty cash, and credit control.
- Monitor cash flow and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Prepare monthly financial and management reports.
- Assist with GST submissions, tax filing, and year-end closing.
- Support audit preparation and other accounting activities.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Accountancy
