Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day business office and administrative operations
Handle data entry, documentation and record maintenance
Assist with patient registration and related administrative processes
Handle billing and payment-related administrative tasks where required
Respond to enquiries and provide assistance to patients and visitors
Perform filing, document processing and other general administrative duties
Liaise with internal departments to follow up on administrative matters
Assist with other ad-hoc duties assigned by the team
Requirements
Minimum NITEC/Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Administration or a related discipline
Candidates with administrative or customer service experience are welcome
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Meticulous, organised and comfortable handling administrative work
Able to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
