Recruit Express Pte Ltd
Handle daily accounting transactions, including AP, AR, billing and payments .
Process supplier invoices, customer invoices, receipts, payments and credit notes in Xero .
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on overdue items.
Assist with monthly closing , including accruals, prepayments and management reports.
Support GST accounting and reconciliations .
Assist with staff claims, CPF and other finance-related matters .
Support accounting for events and projects , including revenue, expenses and collections.
Maintain proper filing and accounting documents.
Assist with audit, tax and statutory requirements .
Handle other ad-hoc accounting and finance duties as required.
