Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments, including reviewing medical history, physical function, posture, movement patterns, strength, and overall mobility.
- Establish patient goals and formulate individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and rehabilitation objectives.
- Assess and correct posture, movement mechanics, and exercise techniques to support recovery and prevent further injury.
- Deliver physiotherapy treatments such as rehabilitation exercises, manual therapy, and other therapeutic interventions.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans where necessary to achieve optimal rehabilitation outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, ergonomics, self-management strategies, and home exercise programs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress records.
- Collaborate closely with Chiropractors, TCM Physicians, and Wellness Therapists to provide integrated patient care.
- Provide professional, empathetic, and patient-focused service while ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the rehabilitation process.
- Contribute positively to a collaborative team environment and support the clinic's growth and culture.
Requirements
- Min. Degree in Physiotherapy, Physical Therapy, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC).
- Min. 2 years of relevant physiotherapy experience.
- Passion for continuous learning and professional development in rehabilitation and physiotherapy practices.
