Job Description

- Position Title: Logistics & Warehouse Executive
- Working Location: Tuas
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the customer service team to fulfil customer orders.
- Handle customer enquiries by email and phone, including documentation, administration, and issue resolution.
- Monitor shipments to ensure timely clearance and delivery.
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing activities meet KPIs.
- Process customer billing invoices promptly.
- Prepare reports and data analysis using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Oversee section safety and communicate safety updates to the team.
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.
- Identify process improvements, develop SOPs, and ensure procedures are followed to improve efficiency.
- Monitor performance and quality standards and implement corrective actions where needed.
- Perform any other duties assigned

- Diploma or higher qualification.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Hands-on warehouse supervisory experience.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to take ownership and resolve issues proactively.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
