Project Manager (ACMV)
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (ACMV) to oversee and manage building services projects.
Location: Woodlands
Salary: Up to $8,000
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Work Arrangement: 50% office / 50% site-based role
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee ACMV project execution from planning to completion
- Coordinate site activities, subcontractors, and project schedules
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Monitor site progress and resolve technical/site issues
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ACMV project management
- Possess BCSS / WSHMCI certification (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of ACMV systems and site coordination
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Able to manage both office planning and on-site supervision work
