3 Months Locum to Perm Staff Nurse (Gynae & Fertility Clinic)

Working Hours: 5.5 Days Office Hours

Job Scope:

• Assist doctors during fertility, IVF and gynaecology consultations, examinations and procedures.
• Provide nursing care including patient assessment, medication administration, injections, and phlebotomy where required.
• Coordinate IVF treatment cycles, including patient education, counselling, appointment scheduling, and follow-up care.
• Prepare patients for procedures (e.g. embryo transfer, oocyte retrieval, IUI) and provide post-procedure monitoring and discharge instructions.
• Perform fertility-related nursing procedures and support treatment plans in accordance with clinic protocols.
• Maintain accurate medical records, documentation, and update patient information in the clinic management system.
• Dispense medications and educate patients on fertility medications and treatment protocols.
• Ensure proper handling, cleaning and sterilisation of instruments and maintain infection control standards.
• Provide administrative support including registration, payment collection, insurance/claims processing and coordination with laboratories where required.
• Assist with inventory management, stock ordering and maintenance of medical supplies.

Requirements:

• Valid SNB registration and BCLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in an IVF/Fertility Clinic
• Prior experience coordinating fertility/IVF treatment cycles is an advantage
• Able to commit to a 3-month locum assignment, with the opportunity for permanent conversion
