Key Responsibilities
- Support laboratory equipment qualification and validation activities by executing protocols and maintaining validation documentation.
- Assist in maintaining laboratory computerized systems, user access records, and change control documentation.
- Support impact assessments and documentation updates related to laboratory equipment and system changes.
- Maintain laboratory SOPs, work instructions, and controlled documents under guidance from senior staff.
- Coordinate and maintain training records for laboratory personnel.
- Support internal audits, compliance inspections, and regulatory audit preparations.
- Assist with Pharmacopoeia and analytical method document reviews.
- Manage laboratory inventory including chemicals, consumables, columns, and instrument accessories.
- Support compliance activities related to chemical storage, handling, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain retained sample inventory, visual inspection records, and disposal documentation.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for laboratory compliance and operational excellence.
