Senior Purchaser

Fourway Engineering Pte Ltd is an ISO certified company which specialized in the design and manufacturing of Electrical Switchboard, Smart Panel, ACMV Panel, LCP and all types of customized empty metal enclosures.

We are looking for an experience Senior Purchaser to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Issuance of Purchase Orders.
• Liaise with suppliers regarding products and stock availability, pricing and delivery schedules.
• Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent stock shortages or overstocking.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to late deliveries, quality discrepancies, and supplier non-compliance.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with warehouse and production teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and maintain costing reports with accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee the full spectrum of Store and Purchasing operations, ensuring efficient workflow and compliance with company procedures.
• Ensure all purchasing and store activities comply with the Company's ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards and requirements.
• Maintain accurate purchasing, inventory, and supplier records.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by management as and when required.

Requirements

• Diploma in Purchasing and Supply Management, Business Management, Logistics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of purchasing experience in the electrical manufacturing industry.
• Proven ability to work independently and lead the Purchasing team effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel) and MYOB.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
• Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards will be an added advantage.
