Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and engage existing and potential customers through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to understand their CCTV and surveillance system requirements.
- Manage inbound sales enquiries, follow up on prospective leads, and develop opportunities to drive sales conversions.
- Provide professional product recommendations and technical advice on CCTV solutions, including product specifications, features, benefits, and applications to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups, responsive communication, and excellent customer service.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, market developments, product offerings, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, business proposals, deal registrations, and quotations to effectively showcase CCTV products and solutions.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery and provide comprehensive pre-sales and post-sales support, including product demonstrations, technical coordination, and customer follow-up.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate new leads, develop sales strategies, and execute promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, enquiries, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets by actively developing new business opportunities, maintaining existing accounts, and maximising sales growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales or telesales, preferably within the CCTV, surveillance, or security systems industry.
- Possess an established network or customer database of relevant industry contacts, including System Integrators (SIs), distributors, and channel partners in Singapore's CCTV and security industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, establish customer relationships, and engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle customer objections and identify suitable solutions to close sales opportunities.
- Able to understand CCTV product specifications and technical features, and communicate product benefits and solutions clearly to customers.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a sales team.
