Admin Assistant

SealXpert Products Pte Ltd manufactures and distributes industrial Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) consumables including Leak Repair & Reinforcement, Corrosion Protection, Repair Putties and Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants & Special Lubricants. Currently SealXpert products are sold worldwide spanning Asia, Europe, Middle East and America. Our products are widely used in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical, Power Generation, Marine & Offshore, Utilities and Facilities Management Industries.

Job Summary

We are seeking an Admin Assistant to support daily operations by preparing items for delivery and handling basic documentation tasks in our Ubi area office.

Responsibilities

  • Pick and pack items accurately to prepare orders for timely delivery to customers
  • Complete basic documentation tasks to support order processing and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate clearly in English with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth workflow
  • Use basic computer skills to enter data efficiently and perform administrative duties

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Ability to communicate, read, and write in English to ensure effective teamwork and accurate documentation
  • Basic computer skills to support documentation and communication tasks
  • Knowledge of Autocount and MYOB software as an added advantage

Other Information

  • Location: Ubi area (near Macpherson / Ubi MRT)
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 6:00pm1 rotational Saturday morning (8:30am - 1:00pm) every 1-1.5 months
  • During probation: alternate Saturdays
