Educational Consultant

Job Description & Requirements
- To achieve sales target by generating leads and sales closure.
- Attend to enrolment enquiries and follow-up on leads.
- Conduct pre-course counselling for parents.
- Meet monthly enrolment targets and conversion KPIs.
- Support marketing campaigns and open house.
- Arrange diagnostic assessment and student orientation.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales/marketing, admissions, or business development.
- Experience in education industry / PEI/ International School is a strong advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong sales closing skills and consultative selling approach.
- Able to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable handling parents and student consultations.
- Familiar with CRM tools and performance reporting.
- Proactive, results-driven, and independent.
